Your first ten orders teach you more than any plan. The goal is not a perfect store on day one — it's a store that's clear enough for a stranger to buy from, and a routine that lets you learn from every order.
Before you share the link
Start with your 10 best products, not your whole stock. Give each one clear photos, a price, sizes or options, and two or three lines that answer the usual questions: material, size, what's included.
Set your delivery fees by area and decide how you deliver — your own driver or a delivery company. Write a short exchange and returns note, even if it's "exchanges within 3 days if unused". Customers buy more easily when the rules are written down.
Then place a test order yourself, from your phone, as a customer would. You'll find the confusing step before a real buyer does.
Launch day
Your first buyers are people who already know you. Put the store link in your Instagram bio, your WhatsApp status and your WhatsApp business profile, and message past customers directly. One personal message beats ten posts.
After each order
Confirm the order quickly, tell the customer when it will arrive, and follow up the day after delivery. Ask happy customers for a short review — early reviews do a lot of selling for the next stranger.
Write down every question a customer asks before buying. Each one is a missing line on a product page. Add it, and you'll answer it once instead of fifty times.
After the tenth order
Look at what actually sold, which areas ordered, and where people asked the most questions. Add more of what works, fix the pages that confused people, and only then add the rest of your stock. You can start on the free plan and upgrade when the orders justify it.
