What does 0% transaction fees mean exactly?
On every plan, including Free, MartMint takes no percentage of your sales. Cash on Delivery has no processing fee at all.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Customers choose COD at checkout, the order is tracked like any other, and you mark it paid on delivery. COD status flows through analytics and finance reports automatically.
Do you support Whish Money?
Not yet — Whish online payments are coming soon. Today customers pay with Cash on Delivery.
Is there a fee on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan takes no cut of your sales either — you upgrade for card payments, WhatsApp and AI, not to stop paying a fee.
Can customers pay partially with loyalty points?
Yes — points can cover part of an order, with the remainder paid by Cash on Delivery.
