Delete your account
How to delete your MartMint Shop or MartMint Business account, and what happens to your data.

1. Shoppers — MartMint Shop app
- Open the MartMint Shop app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Delete account.
- Enter your password if your account has one, and confirm.
Your account belongs to the store you signed up with. If you have accounts with more than one store, delete each one from that store.
2. Merchants — MartMint Business app
- Open the MartMint Business app and sign in as the store owner.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account.
- Enter your password if your account has one, and confirm.
Deleting the owner account deletes the whole store, including its products and its customers' accounts. Export anything you need first.
3. If you cannot use the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Tell us the store name and whether you are a shopper or a merchant. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will act within one month.
4. What we delete and what we keep
Your account stops working as soon as you delete it: you are signed out and cannot sign in again.

| Profile, login, saved addresses, wishlist, notification settings | Permanently deleted within 30 days. |
| Orders you placed with a store | Kept by the store as its sales record, which it must keep for tax and consumer-law reasons. |
| Payment, invoice and revenue records | Kept for six years from the end of the accounting period, as UK tax and company law require. |
